Refund Policy

We want you to love your artwork. Review the steps below to see if your purchase qualifies for a return or refund and how to start the process.

Eligibility window

Original artwork and limited edition prints may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, undamaged condition with all packaging materials.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom commissions or personalized pieces.
  • Digital downloads or gift cards.
  • Artwork marked “final sale” in the product description.

How to request a return

  1. Email hello@dandupont.art with your order number, item name, and reason for the return within 14 days of delivery.
  2. We will respond with return authorization instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the artwork using the original packaging when possible and include tracking. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Refund timing & method

Once we receive and inspect the artwork, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new purchase. After we receive your original item, we will guide you through placing a new order for the artwork you prefer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved so we can process shipping claims.
