Processing times

• Original artwork ships within 5 business days.
• Limited edition prints ship within 7 business days to allow for quality checks and signing.
• Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping methods & rates

Domestic orders within the United States ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on size and destination. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and distance.

Expedited shipping is available upon request. Contact us before placing your order if you need guaranteed delivery by a specific date so that we can confirm options and pricing.

Packaging & handling

Every piece is wrapped in archival materials and shipped in protective packaging. Framed works receive corner guards and double boxing. We photograph the packaged artwork before shipment for reference.

Order tracking

Once an order leaves the studio, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

International shipping

International delivery is available to most regions. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and will be collected by the carrier when the artwork arrives in your country. Transit times vary by destination and customs processing.

Delays and damage

If your order is delayed in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours. Save all packaging materials and include photos of the damage so we can file a carrier claim and make it right quickly.
