These terms outline the rules for using dandupont.art and purchasing artwork from Dan Dupont Art. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility & account information
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. When you provide information—such as during checkout—you agree that it is accurate and complete, and you will keep it updated when it changes.
2. Artwork availability & pricing
We strive to keep product listings current, but availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Prices may change without notice prior to checkout. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
3. Orders & payment
Once you submit an order, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method. Orders are accepted when you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be processed or if fraud is suspected.
4. Shipping, delivery & risk of loss
Artwork ships according to our shipping policy. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier confirms delivery. Inspect your order promptly and inform us within 48 hours of delivery if items arrive damaged.
5. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our refund policy. Eligibility depends on the artwork type and its condition upon return. Custom or commissioned works may not be returnable.
6. Intellectual property
All artwork, images, graphics, copy, and other content on this site are owned by Dan Dupont Art or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. User submissions
If you share feedback, testimonials, or other content with us, you grant Dan Dupont Art a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable law.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and artwork are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted, Dan Dupont Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
9. Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. When state law applies, it will be the law of the state in which Dan Dupont Art primarily operates. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and by using the site you consent to those courts.
